Chimera 100K

Wendy did an amazing job in less than optimal conditions. Saturday was really horrific! Reports of 7 to 7.5 inches of rain in that area just for that day. The race was cancelled at about 1 PM when the Forest Service closed the roads to the peaks as they were washing away; additionally the high winds were literally blowing the Aid Stations apart.

Wendy had a great attitude and was READY to face the rain, the mud, the wind and whatever else mother nature had to offer that day.

Watch out San Diego 100--here she comes
